CARRIE STOLLENWERK, DIRECTOR OF SALES
Leading off with a no-nonsense, consultative sales approach, Carrie works with groups to determine the best lodging and meeting options available; coordinates site visits; crafts single property or city-wide RFP’s and monitors the booking process between client and hotel. No detail is too small for Carrie as she puts her 23 years of travel and hospitality sales experience to work for her clients.
ERIN LUND, DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES & SOCIAL MEDIA
Calling herself the “personal wedding planner” for meeting and event coordinators, Erin partners with our sales team to make sure that groups booking in Fond du Lac receive service so good that they can’t wait to return. Erin will set your attendees up with complimentary nametags, personally stocked welcome bags, maps, spouse programs and whatever else might be needed to make for a great conference or tournament.

Having grown up in a restaurant family and working many years in the hotel industry, Craig knows that great service from a community’s visitor bureau is an absolute must. So, it’s no surprise that he insists everyone — from local business owners to meeting planners to tourists to outdoor enthusiasts — receives our friendly, full-service, C’mon in hospitality. Craig also knows that Fond du Lac’s many great assets for meeting attendees and tourists alike makes the area a great choice for a meeting or event.
LISA PAULY, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
With nearly thirty years of CVB service, Lisa knows how to get the team all of the tools they need to serve our customers better. A lifelong resident of Fond du Lac and a local history buff, Lisa can guide visitors through the shortest routes across town while also pointing out examples of our community’s rich historical past.
She always has a hearty C’mon in! for each and every guest in our Visitors Center. Whether it’s a Fond du Lac County bike map, insight on the best antique shopping in the area, or a sampling of all the area restaurant menus Mary Ann keeps on hand, the Visitors Center is supplied with great resources for meeting planners, tourists and residents alike.
