Simply Maple – the Natural Choice. We are a family owned business specializing in pure maple syrup. For six generations, our family has been making maple syrup in our woods of over 120 acres of sustainably managed hardwood forest consisting of over 5,000 taps. At our annual Open House at the end of March, visitors can ride the tractor, experience the process from tapping trees to boiling and bottling, and enjoy pancakes with our syrup. We welcome visitors year-round, but to see the sugar house in action, mid-March is best. Call ahead for a tour.
